Chart notes
SAFE BET raced near the middle of the field in the beginning, moved up on the outside around the turn, made a wide rally and was going away at the end. BILLY BOWLEGS challenged for the early lead, saved ground, proved no match for the winner, but was a clear second. JOSEPH H raced within contention, came around the turn on the outside and proved no match for the top two. FLASHIN CHIP raced evenly near the back in the early going, made a mild wide bid, but was no factor. TEMPLE CITY RUN void of early speed, showed late interest, but was no threat. BAD BRAD raced within striking distance, weakened and was no threat late. CAJUN BLAST lacked early speed and passed tired ones. OTTER CREEK went to the front, drove clear and faded on the inside. HE'S SUPER WICKED always raced near the back and showed little. Z STAR pressed the early pace, made a steady retreat and was outrun.
