Chart notes
TRIPPIN ON BEAUTY raced in the middle of the field in the beginning, moved up on the inside around the turn, angled out around the turn, split rivals, drove clear down the stretch and held on well for the win. DONEGAL FREEDOM lacked early speed, moved up on the outside around the turn, made a wide rally and was gaining on the winner. SUPERHERO pressed the early pace, made a bid, took the lead at the 3/8 pole, weakened down the lane on the inside and proved no match for the top two. COMPETITIVE SHOCK lacked early speed, showed late interest, but was no real factor. METRONOME raced in the middle of the pack, came around the turn four wide, put forth an even effort and lacked a late kick. LACEY'S KAT raced within striking distance and faded. BLAME DENNIS went to the front, drove clear, saved ground and was finished early. MONEYSTRIKE raced within contention, dropped back and was no threat late. PLUTONIUM void of early speed and was never close.
