Chart notes
WAR IN CHARGE moved clear with intent, dictated terms with daylight, was asked by upper stretch with a pursuer in behind, had enough left to hold that foe at bay while being kept to the task. BRITISH ARTILLERY had forward position outside two to three wide stalking well off the leader, took closer order on the far turn reaching just off of that one coming into upper stretch and looming a threat, could make no headway and settled for second best. PRIME PLUS ONE stalked from outside three to four wide well removed from the leader, kept on evenly fighting for show honors. JMR SPEEDY ESCAPE tucked in tracking the leader under rating tactics early, saved ground both turns, ran on but needed more. AGILE DANCER was taken back off the pace racing inside, saved ground, came out a bit on the far turn, moved out entering upper stretch then again to be seven to eight wide, rallied moderately but too late. TRUE SHOT was urged from the break but lacking speed, caught outside a foe about three wide into the first turn racing off the pace, came out six wide for the drive, needed more but kept on. SOONER LUNAR eased back from rivals tucking in to settle mid-pack near the inside, saved some ground both turns, was never near enough to threaten and weakened in the lane. COOLER MAN was fractious behind the gate, was a bit slow to gather, brought up the rear, was not a factor. Copyright 2026 Equibase Company LLC. All Rights Reserved.
