Chart notes
KOSARI stalked in the four path, bid in the three path passing the quarter, took command at the top of the stretch, battled with a stubborn inner foe to the wire, and held on. THUNDERMOUNTAINMAN set the pace in the two path, received a right handed cue midway around the far turn, lost the lead at the top of the lane, dug gamely to fight back along the inside to the wire, but was repelled late. MELODITY raced of the pace in the three path but was one paced to edge out show. STOLEN FUNDS rated in the four path but faded stretch. HOT AND NASTY trailed inside, got stymied midway around the far turn, and did not threaten. ROMANS WORD tracked in the three path but gave way around the far turn.
