Chart notes
FORGIVING SPIRIT three wide in pursuit, came under coaxing at the three-eighths pole, angled five wide into upper stretch, rallied to issue a challenge inside the final furlong and was just up by a bob on the wire. TAKESCHARGESMILING coaxed from the gate, chased four wide coming under encouragement at the five-sixteenths, spun four then three wide into upper stretch, took over command with three-sixteenths to go, dug in under growing late threat and was nailed at the finish by a nod of the head. J D FACTOR showed the way in hand just off the inside, came under coaxing near the quarter pole and continued in the two path into upper stretch, got collared with three-sixteenths to go and kept on under a drive to preserve the show honors. SAGAMORE MISCHIEF chased three wide under encouragement from the five-sixteenths, continued three wide into upper stretch, ran on through to the finish but was outfinished at the end. MASTER OF ARMS chased just off the inside under urging from the five-sixteenths, continued in the two path into upper stretch, weakened in the late stages. GREAT RICHIE M chased three wide under urging from the seven-sixteenths pole, angled six wide into upper stretch, offered no kick. SIN NOMBRE coaxed from the start, chased along the inside coming under encouragement at the seven-sixteenths, angled four wide into upper stretch, offered no response. SCREAMING UNCLE hustled from the gate, chased along the inside coming under urging three furlongs out, cornered just off the inside into upper stretch, tired. NO CONFESSION chased just off the inside, came under coaxing with seven-sixteenths to run, angled out seven wide into upper stretch, tired and was eased home to the finish inside the final furlong, then got pulled up after the finish and was vetted before being transported off the course via the equine ambulance.
