Chart notes

TIME TICKER unhurried early while dropping back to trail, launched his bid from the back of the pack entering the final turn, assumed command turning for home from along the inside, and held a determined RICK'S DANCER off late to prevail. RICK'S DANCER away alertly and vied for the lead from along the rail entering the stretch the first time, set a pressured pace through the second turn and in the run down the backside, maintained a narrow advantage into the final turn, drifted three wide into the lane while losing the lead, but battled gamely to the wire to just miss. NU SOUP FOR BABY broke sharply and tracked the leaders while racing just out from the rail through the stretch the first time, maintained his position in the run down the backstretch, tipped three wide to mount his bid entering the final turn, and continued four wide in the drive to garner a share. ANDALEIGH dueled for the lead from the outside of RICK'S DANCER through the stretch the first time, continued to force the issue two wide in the run down the backside and through the final turn, but faded in the late going. DONE THAT settled off the early leaders while racing one out from the rail through the stretch the first time, held his position in the run down the backstretch, but lacked the needed closing response when called upon.
