Chart notes
VELVET DEVIL prompted inside of the leader, bid to spark a duel with that one in upper stretch, battled gamely through the final furlong, exchanged a brush while wrestling an advantage at the sixteenth pole and prevailed. SWEET KAUFY led narrowly two wide into and around the turn as the eventual winner applied inside pressure, dug in to duel with that bidder in upper stretch, battled gamely in the final furlong, but exchanged a brush while getting subtly headed at the sixteenth pole and failed to regain even terms. DON'T SAY IT laid off of the pace two wide, tipped out to the five path into upper stretch and ran on willingly. BIG TROUBLE broke a step slow, saved ground off of the pace, stayed on along the inside and edged fourth late. INTO CHAMPAGNE stalked along the inside, then from the two to three path and between horses around the turn, chased the embattled leading pair in upper stretch then yielded between foes. NIKI NINE DOORS broke a beat slow, stalked in the four path then faded between horses in upper stretch. PRETTY LAYLA checked between horses leaving the five furlong pole, trailed in the four path and got outrun.
