Chart notes
WHEREVER WE ARE prompted the pace to the far turn, narrowed the gap steadily on the bend to engage the leader turning for home, took command in mid-stretch and pulled clear. NELIDA unhurried to be the trailer, closed steadily on the far turn, cut the corner at the top of the lane, tipped out three wide in the lane and was up for the place in the final strides. NIGHT NURSE set the pace on a clear lead to the far turn, responded when challenged turning for home and weakened in the final furlong. FRENCH BENEFITS (FR) broke a half step slow, raced up five wide while well reserved, made a brief bid into the final turn and finished evenly. POSITIVE CARRY (IRE) raced between rivals down the backstretch tracking the leaders to be well placed on the far turn and lacked a clising kick. LA SCATTA chased the leaders from the inside for three-quarters and faded in the lane.
