CON ON THE RUN pressed a narrow lead through the turn shaking clear in upper stretch holding late under a drive. KOOL KATHMANDU pressed through the turn then chased down the lane in a very game effort. ALFIE SOLOMONS saved ground vying from the rail in upper stretch finishing evenly. CARIBBEAN PLEASURE played no factor. WEEKEND CONCERTO was never involved. WALT WHITMAN (IRE) was always outrun.
