MARY'S LAD (IRE) pursued from midpack two wide, picked up stride while hung five wide turning for home, rallied to bid outside of the leader in the final furlong, forged an advantage as an outer foe challenged approaching the wire and held. BESSAMAY settled off of the pace two wide, tipped out to the five path in upper stretch, rallied with a late kick to offer a bid nearing the wire but missed. POST GAME leaned out and bumped a rival at the start, set the pace along the inside, shook clear in upper stretch, but was caught by an outer pair in the closing stages. CLEAR THE BEACH was bumped on both sides at the start, pursued from midpack along the inside, bumped an outer foe to shift three wide turning for home, chased between rivals in upper stretch, then lacked a bid while brushing with an inner counterpart in the final furlong. CANT STOP MUNNINGS stalked along the inside, chased evenly inside of rivals into midstretch, but was brushed into tight rail quarters and forced to steady at the sixteenth pole. RAPOPORT was allowed to settle well back along the inside, then in the two to three path around the far turn and stayed on mildly. MONEY MAN trailed in the two path, shifted out to the six to seven path in upper stretch and moved up. TAP ME A SONG tracked two wide and between horses, got bumped four wide turning for home then faded on his left lead. DR. SAIKALI bumped with an inner foe at the start, saved ground off of the pace but to no avail. BESTBALL lacked speed in the three to four path, fanned out to the seven path into the lane and made little impact. OUTOFPI stalked three to two wide into the backstretch, then between horses with five furlongs to go, sustained pressure rounding the far turn but weakened in upper stretch. COURAGEOUS CLAY tracked four wide, inched closer to stalk three wide at the five furlong pole but faltered between horses around the far turn.
