Chart notes
SHOWTIME MATINEE , bumped at the break, recovered and quickly went clear, set a rated pace in the two path, was guided further out when spurting away a bit into the lane, wandered out several paths through the final furlong and dug in under a drive. MUNTAGE bumped with the winner leaving the gate, prompted the pace three wide, applied more pressure past the three eighths, saw the winner get away a bit into the lane, dug down to find more and came back gamely while floated out. HALL OF JAZZ , a bit fractious in the paddock, was nudged along off the pace and not too far off the inside, moved up to the inside of a rival into the stretch, stayed on the left lead but continued willingly to the inside of EXPLOSIVE LOVE to nab the show. EXPLOSIVE LOVE broke outward, corrected and edged up four deep early, circled four wide with pursuit into the stretch but came up empty in the final furlong. NEVER TILL NOW edged up inside foes soon after the break then was rated back a bit past the five eighths, was asked for run while saving ground past the three eighths, failed to kick on and faded in the drive.
