Chart notes
ROB THE RICH , urged from the gate to establish a forward position, rated kindly two wide through the backstretch prompting the pace, moved alongside the leader into the far turn, took over without much asking after six furlongs, opened up under a steady hand ride nearing mid stretch then coasted home as much the best through the final seventy yards. HERE'S WALDO was sent clear early, set the pace towards the inside, was taken on past the half, sparred under a ride leaving the three eighths, ceded command soon after, shifted out after the winner cleared then dug in gamely to save the place between foes. DIVINE ARMOR broke a step slow, raced three wide early, saved ground from the far turn, got through along the rail in upper stretch and rallied mildly. MAKABIM rated off foes nearing the first turn, edged up between rivals near the half, shifted out with pursuit in upper stretch and churned on. THE GATEKEEPER stalked inside, saw the leaders get away past the three eighths, eased out with chase into the lane and weakened. BIG BEEMSTER rushed up wide soon after the start, stalked three wide outside the winner, was shoved along leaving the half, failed to kick on past the five sixteenths and weakened. STATELY ORDER lost ground four wide, was under pressure into the far turn and faltered.
