Chart notes
WATER TESTER took the early lead, showed signs of weakening late but was able to hold on. TIMEHASCOME settled off the pace three wide, gained position five wide through the turn, rallied in the stretch but came up just short. MUCHO GIFTED was never too far behind the pace on the inside, made no bid for an even finish. NOOGE slightly hopped right after leaving the gate, trailed alongside the rail through the turn, angled out four wide in the stretch to improve position. STATE SCHOOL SMART stalked the pace three wide, moved up to vie for command through the turn, faded in the stretch. EMPEROR'S CHOICE settled off the pace between rivals, trailed exiting the turn, passed retreating foe. PAY RAISE pressed the pace from the two path between foes, retreated in the final quarter, eased across. This race had a timing discrepancy or malfunction and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
