Chart notes
SHADES OF JADE led early on before being displaced from command near the half mile pole, chased along the inside through the turn coming under coaxing at the five-sixteenths, took the inside route into upper stretch and took over command straightened away, edged clear under a drive to prevail. MY DIVINE SPIRIT (GB) four then three wide in pursuit, came under coaxing at the five-sixteenths, swung four wide into upper stretch and offered up a mild kick. SHIRL'S DELIGHT six then five paths off the inside down the backstretch, tucked inside through the turn and came under encouragement with five-sixteenths to go, continued in the inside route into upper stretch and ran on to secure the show honors. LOTS OF KISSES took an awkward step at the start, chased just off the inside and then along the inside coming under urging three furlongs from home, angled five wide into upper stretch and stayed on one paced to the end. ONE FRONT WAR stumbled at the start, chased five then four wide until tucked inside through the turn, got ridden along three furlongs from home, angled six wide into upper stretch and passed tired rivals to the finish. VINALIA (GB) forwardly placed from the start, advanced to take command near the half mile pole and showed the way in hand two to three wide, tipped three to four wide into upper stretch, yielded the front straightened away and weakened in the stretch. TELLNOTALES broke a beat slow at the start without incident and lost her lane to LEANER AND MEANER, who broke outwards and filled the gap, chased three then two wide coming under encouragement at the five-sixteenths, cornered just off the inside into upper stretch and weakened. JUST JULES five then four paths off the inside down the backstretch, tucked three wide through the turn coming under a ride at the five-sixteenths, continued three wide into upper stretch and tired. LEANER AND MEANER broke out at the start and took over the lane of the slow breaking TELLNOTALES, raced unsettled and greenly between foes down the backstretch and through the midway point on the turn head raised and striding at times in a climbing motion intermittently, came under encouragement at the five-sixteenths, continued just off the inside into upper stretch and tired.
