Chart notes
EAST COAST COWGIRL tracked in striking range three wide, took a short lead nearing the far turn, and lasted under a hard drive in a multi-horse finish. MACHINA was four wide on the first turn, continued four wide into the stretch, split rivals in the midstretch under urging, and just missed in a blanket finish. JOY IN GRACE trailed early, advanced along the rail, rallied determinedly inside and was denied after a close finish. BOOTIFUL ROSE prompted pace from along the rail, responded to a challenge from EAST COAST COWGIRL, and was engulfed by rivals in the final yards. LINAHASPECSHOES settled inside early, shifted out four wide leaving the backstretch, advanced five wide into the stretch, and finished strongly to be part of a tight finish. OKI contested the early pace, was overtaken and faded gradually.
