Chart notes
DR. NIKO pressed the pace, took command, drove clear around the final turn, pulled away and won handily. HES THE BOMB TOO showed early speed, saved ground around the final turn, proved no match for the winner, but held on for second. DONEGAL DREAMER raced in the middle of the field, came around the final turn on the outside, made a wide bid and got up for third, willingly. NAME THE TIME lacked early speed, gained ground late and was outfinished for third. HWY TWENTY RIDE void of early speed and showed late interest. STORM STRATEGY lacked early speed, came around the second turn on the outside, made a wide gain, but was no factor. DIXIE'S ASTRO raced evenly near the back, came around the final turn on the outside and was never a threat. EAGLE POINT went to the front, drove clear and was finished early. GARNET JUBILEE raced within contention and faded down the final stretch. WAR DEPT CALLING raced in the middle of the field, retreated to the back and was outrun.
