SU WIN was forwardly placed in the early running, was well placed to the turn and tracked the pace from the inside nearing the quarter marker, tipped out and bid to upper stretch, took command then kicked clear into the final furlong, kept to task in deep stretch and held safely over the oncoming runner-up. THE DOVE RULES was crowded at the start and off a step slowly, settled off of the early pace, saved ground into the turn steadied while in a bit tight at the three-furlong pole, waited for racing room nearing the quarter marker, found room into the lane and chased to mid-stretch, angled out for the final sixteenth and closed willingly in deep stretch, could not reel in the winner in the final strides and bested the rest. TREE C'S KAI broke in at the start and was off a bit slowly, settled off of the solid early pace, roused five wide to the stretch and rallied to the final sixteenth, could not impact the top pair late and got up in time to earn the show honors. FRIDA was forwardly placed in the early stages, tracked the solid pace two to three wide and between rivals into the turn, ran in pursuit to upper stretch, was outkicked into the final sixteenth and just missed for third. LOVE ACTUALLY disputed the solid early pace, pressed the pace into the turn then was repelled nearing the quarter pole, chased three wide for the stretch drive, could not find the needed response into the final sixteenth and yielded late. GIRL IN BLUE broke alertly then rated off of the solid early pace, tracked three to four wide into the turn, gave chase to upper stretch then did not rally in the final sixteenth. RISADITA tracked the early pace from between rivals, chased from the inside into the turn then spun three wide for the stretch drive, lacked the needed response at mid-stretch and weakened in the final furlong. MUSICAL DESIGN was bumped at the start and settled off of the early pace, settled to the turn then advanced between rivals nearing the quarter marker, was blocked to upper stretch, found room between rivals nearing the furlong grounds, checked behind a shifting out rival in the final sixteenth and could not muster a late response. SHELOVESTOTRAVEL hard sent in the early going, showed good speed and set a contested pace heading to the turn, shook free into the bend and led to the quarter pole, dictated terms to upper stretch, was overtaken at the furlong marker then faded in the late stages. BREEZEY Z raced up close to the quick early pace, chased four wide to the turn, got fanned five to six wide at the quarter marker, could not keep pace to upper stretch and came up empty in the drive. THE JOCKEY ON MUSICAL DESIGN LODGED AN OBJECTION AGAINST THE RIDER OF THE DOVE RULES, CLAIMING INTERFERENCE IN THE STRETCH. THE STEWARDS DISALLOWED THAT OBJECTION AND RULED THERE WOULD BE NO CHANGE.
