Chart notes
W W STAR dueled for the lead in the two path, was ridden around the turn, took the lead at the top of the lane, and stayed on to hold sway. TURNIN UP ACES vied for the lead inside, was roused passing the three-eighths, dug in along the rail down the stretch, but was edged out by an outer foe. LIES N DECEPTION stalked in the five path, was cued midway around the turn, and kept on down the lane for show. TIME TO TOAST pressed in the three path, was ridden around the turn, but weakened from the four path while on the left lead in the final furlong. I NEED MORE MONEY chased in the four path, was driven in the three path around the turn, but faded on the left lead down the lane. KYANITE got herded out at the start, was wellback in the five path early and made no impact. ELZIE CLAYTON was reluctant to load, broke out at the start, trailed from the three path going into the turn and never threatened. CHIEF GROSS hopped at the start, laid off the pace in the two path and never menaced. LADIES LEGACY was held up along the inside but gave way.
