Chart notes
SACKETT keen to run on leaving the first turn set the pace into the club house turn, herded by rivals lost the lead mid-way down the backside, in pursuit four wide from the quarter pole, came home under an all out drive went clear in the final jumps. ELECTIONEERING rated in hand four wide around the second bend, upped the tempo rushed the leader leaving the half mile marker, vied outside MO JOKE around the far turn, exchanged bumps through deep stretch, chased on up place. MO JOKE found nice stalking rail position leaving the club house turn, turned up the heat moved in tandem with ELECTIONEERING vied inside that one around the final bend, inside through the stretch, exchanged bumps late, stayed on willingly for the show. GERICAULT saved ground off the top flight into the far turn, roused three wide from the quarter pole, evened out through the final sixteenth. SINGULARITY settled off the pace four wide down the backside, under pressure off the rail leaving the quarter pole, came up empty. AFLEET VINTAGE raced off the pace three then four wide, never threatened. MR. MENDELSLEW sent leaving the first turn, contested the pace two wide into the far turn, retreated from the quarter pole. FIRENZE FOREVER unprepared walked out of the gate, trailed throughout.
