Chart notes
TOMA TODO quickly claimed the early lead to set a pressured pace three wide, began to inch clear in the final furlong to hold off rallying foe. TAPIT DOWN herded back at the start, raced off the pace on the inside, made a five wide bid at the top of the stretch to rally but had no closing bid. SAILOR CHOW opted to race in the middle of the pack around the two path, angled out six wide in the stretch to be up for show. DESOTO'S WAR pressed the early pace from the inside before settling back a couple lengths, angled out four wide in the stretch but came up empty. MISCHIEF'S MACHINE pressed the pace from the two path, faded in the final furlong. REDISUR was the distant trailer throughout, no factor.
