Chart notes
EL COHETE was prominent heading to the first turn inside, ceded the lead to stalk in behind, switched out and advanced on the far turn, bid at the top of the stretch, dueled with the inside foe, inched away late under measured urging. COUNTRYBOYSURVIVE was brushed at the start, moved to the lead soon after, edged clear early on the first turn, widened to set the pace, faced a challenge leaving the far turn, dueled in the lane, dug in gamely but was second best. WELLER GREEN tracked from inside, kept on in the lane, got the nod for show. PRIVATE LABEL was lightly bumped into a foe at the start, stalked outside just off the leaders, made no headway in the stretch and just missed show honors. JAGGERSGOTAGUN settled off the pace, was asked midway on the far turn, angled five to six wide coming out of that bend, ran on evenly. TRUE SHOT bumped a rival lightly at the start, was reserved at the rear, moved out on the far turn, failed to rally. QUIET VISTA was outside off the pace, carried out but angled in at the quarter pole, failed to menace and was not persevered with late.
