CITY OF CLOUDS chased off the top pair inside around the turn, angled off the rail into the lane, six deep from the furlong marker, rallied furiously through the final jumps, in time for the victory. EL PELIGRO widened with ease around the bend, well clear inside the furlong marker, collared jumps before the wire, game in defeat. SPOONMAN raced well back and wide around the turn, bid nine deep into the lane, no match for top pair, willingly along for the show. I'M YOUR CAPTAIN in pursuit two wide from the three eighths marker, bid flattened out through the stretch. STOLICH raced well off the pace and four wide around the turn, never fired late. FAST CROSS TRAFFIC raced off the pace four wide around the bend, weakened through the stretch. PERFUMER slow start, never factored. BEST MAN SPEECH slow start, never threatened.
