Chart notes
NEW DESTINY raced near the back in the beginning, moved up on the outside around the second turn, made a wide bid and drove clear before the wire. MISSION BELLE vied for the early lead, forwardly placed throughout, but proved no match late for the winner. FLOATING pressed the pace, eased back, saved ground around the final turn, made a mild bid and got up for third. EASY BET challenged for the early lead, saved ground and lacked a late kick. GEE GEE had an awkward start, racing in the rear, came around the final turn between rivals and was never a threat. DREAM TOWN pressed the early pace, had an outside trip, dropped back and was no threat late.
