Chart notes
MONEY AGENT was coaxed a bit from the break, made the lead without too much effort, then was left alone to dictate the fractions, quickened midway through the far turn with only BEARS' D in pursuit, put that one away in upper stretch, then drew off under steady handling. CASH APP MIKE raced mid-pack for a half-mile, was bottled up early on the far turn, got running room approaching the quarter pole, then stuggled with the lead change at the top of the stretch, found best stride by mid-stretch, and finished up strong to gain the place. PALAGIO broke in a tangle raced near the back early, then moved up approaching the half, advanced three wide through the far turn, had a little trouble changing leads in upper stretch, then got straightened out and kept on well to claim the third prize. BLUES CROSS got squeezed at the start, was unhurried throughout the early running, then ran on late to improve. BEARS' D stalked MONEY AGENT from the start, was always close to the outside to the stretch, then could not kick on late. LONE RETURN broke out at the start, settled off the pace to the half, made a forward move through the turn, but lacked a finishing kick in the stretch. KINGSBURRY ATTACK tracked three-wide just behind the pace to the far turn, dropped back with three furlongs to run, and was not a factor in the late stages. TARPS STORM ducked in, raced mid-pack three-wide to the far turn, and never threatened. MULSANNE (IRE) got pinballed at the start, settled at the back and never rallied. T LAW broke in at the start, went four-wide into the first turn, tracked close up to the far turn, and tired.
