Chart notes
HERMOSO HOMBRE rated inside, angled out in the stretch and wore down the leader and edged clear. DREAMING OF GERRY outrun early inside, swung wide into the stretch and closed well too late. TIME TO CRUISE stalked the pace outside, led at the quarter pole to mid-stretch and tired. GROUP TICKET moved closer before half mile, continued well but weakened. SILENT MODE set clear pace for half mile, was hooked on the final turn and faltered. SUNDAY SPIRIT chased wide throughout and gave way on the final turn. BALANTYNE dropped back early and trailed throughout.
