Chart notes
BALBOA , a forward factor in the four path mid way down the backstretch, eased off the two path on the turn, wrested command entering the stretch, was under brisk urging in the drive and drew out. HOLLYWOOD IMPORT lacked speed, circled the turn four deep floated to the seven path in upper stretch and rallied outside horses. GURNEY HALLECK broke slowly, hugged the inner rail around the turn, eased off the rail in upper stretch and rallied between foes. LUNDI LOOT , outside horses leaving the turn, floated to the six path in upper stretch and rallied mildly between rivals. CHANNEL THE MUSIC lacked speed, stayed three wide on the turn, altered course to the seven path in upper stretch and showed a late move. MAX CAPACITY came in lightly bumping WILDNCRAZYGUY leaving the starting gate, sprinted to the front, stayed along the inner rail around the turn and weakened the final furlong. SOMETIME , a forward factor in the three path between horses leaving the turn, weakened. STAR SWEEPER , fractious in the starting gate necessitating a late change of riders, hugged the inner rail on the turn and weakened. WILDNCRAZYGUY , lightly bumped leaving the starting gate, stayed in the two path on the turn and was not a factor. SPRINGHAWK , a forward factor outside horses down the backstretch, circled the turn four wide and gave way.
