Chart notes
HERE'S WALDO set a pressured pace along the inside and was headed by the five sixteenths and dueled for command, dug in determinedly in the lane and shook clear by the furlong marker and held on well to prove best under a drive. PORCH SWING was well placed on the inside, eased off the rail and ranged up four to five wide leaving the turn to make a bid but could not get to the winner and had to settle for second best. GUNS N' ROJAS pressed the pace three wide and made a two wide bid on the far turn to duel for command but faded in the final furlong, bested rest. BOOK MARKER was taken back on the inside and passed the tiring rivals. INDIRECTLY tracked the pace in between rivals and then was two wide on the far turn and tired. THE GATEKEEPER chased the pace four wide and tired. BARLEEWON was settled early and stopped.
