SIN NOMBRE broke in and bumped soundly with a foe, was urged along off the pace, raced inside for most of the turn then shifted to the two path, swung out to the five path into upper stretch and improved for the place. AVA'S UNCLE BILLY was well placed just off the pace, moved from the rail to the three path while asked on the turn, chased under a drive into the final furlong and weakened. RIDE UP was hustled from the gate, angled in while going to the front, vied inside to the two path on the turn, lost the advantage to the winner into upper stretch, chased into the final furlong and tired. DADS GOOD RUNNER was rated just off the pace, dropped from the two path to the rail while asked on the turn, chased against the rail into the final furlong and also tired. BECAUSE THE NIGHT broke out and bumped soundly with a foe while also brushing with another rival, was taken up while squeezed back between horses, spotted the front several lengths, raced at the rear, checked very sharply and swerved to the far outside to avoid the spill late on the turn and was eased but walked off. HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPS tracked the pace on the outside, was asked in the three path on the turn, sustained a catastrophic injury to his left foreleg outside the five-sixteenths pole and unseated the rider then was euthanized on the track.
