Chart notes
HOPPING HENRY broke alertly, roused on four wide cruised into the lead leaving the quarter pole, held a safe margin through the final sixteenth under strong handling. AUBURN MILL tracked the top two three wide into the turn, given the queue took aim four wide from the furlong marker, never able to switch leads through the lane, chased on willingly for the place award. HARDLY EVER BETTER sent through the chute, pace inside around the turn, no match from the sixteenth marker, stayed on for the show. COLT ROCK pressed between runners around the turn, three wide through the lane, flattened out through the final yards. KING OF LUCK bumped soon after the start, raced off the pace four and three wide, came up empty. JUBA BOUND slow into stride, trailer around the bend, never factored.
