Chart notes
HAGRID'S FLAME had speed then was eased back to stalk along the inner rail, was put to some asking leaving the half mile marker, edged up and bid inside a host of rivals leaving mid stretch, burst clear a sixteenth out and eagerly widened while shown the crop. NATIONAL LAW broke a step slow then steadied when pinched back, angled out and lost ground three to four wide stalking, moved up under a ride and outside rivals leaving the far turn, ranged up near mid stretch, failed to match strides with the winner but kept on willingly to nab the place. CROSSLAND stalked two wide and between foes, edged up nearing mid stretch, was in a bit close soon after but kept on with good effort. GOODBYE NOTE sped clear around the first turn, set the pace in the two path, clung to the lead under pressure near mid stretch, was hooked from both sides and weakened late. BE BETTER , well back early, angled out under a ride leaving the five sixteenths, came five wide for the drive but lacked a bid. TOP BLOOD steadied and checked repeatedly off heels from the seven eighths to the five eighths and weakened. MANOR HOUSE lost ground four wide into the first turn, tracked three wide, was under a hearty ride between runners exiting the far turn and weakened.
