CODE MANDALORE stalked the early pace while four wide into the turn, rallied and was in a strong drive, powered to the front in late stretch and was best in the end. EL PROTONICO pressed the early pace while two wide into the turn, rallied on the turn then was in a long drive but was out finished in late stretch. CAYMEN'S SOLDIER broke in the air at the start then was settled on the backstretch, rallied two wide on the turn then was blocked then angled inside in mid stretch but was no menace. CHIEF CHITOZ set a pressured pace while inside, was in a long drive but weakened in late stretch. GENERAL JIMBO was well placed while three wide into the turn, was used up then gave way in the stretch drive. KALUKI raced three wide on the turn then failed to menace in the stretch. THOUSAND CHANCES was unhurried early then raced three wide but was no threat.
