Chart notes
CAITLIN FEVER was allowed to settle behind through the early stages, started to rally with an inside run through the turn, then swung four-wide at the top of the stretch and finished with a flourish to draw away from the field in the final yards. THEY SEE ME DO IT raced at the back of the field early, got stuck behind a wall of horses in upper stretch, then tipped to the outside and rallied into second, well behind the winner. SPARTA F. C. made the lead under a bit of a hold, got some pressure from WITHOUT A POUT (IRE) with the rest of the field lined up in pairs behind, had something left for the stretch, responded when set down, leaving that rival behind, but was unable to finish the job and was outkicked late by the top pair. RIDE ELBOW RANCH settled between horses in the tracking group, launched a bid approaching the quarter pole, lugged in through the lane, and flattened out. DISTORTED LOUV tracked inside with the second flight, was without a path on the far turn, and went evenly late. WITHOUT A POUT (IRE) dueled two-wide, then gave way in upper stretch. SWISS DANCER went four-wide on the first turn, then raced three-wide with the tracking group, started to lose ground before the turn, then chased the rest of the way to no avail.
