Chart notes
ASHES AND DIAMONDS broke half a beat slow, laid off of the pace in the three path, paused behind rivals turning for home, split two wide in upper stretch to launch a rally, progressed to reel in the leader in the final furlong, forged an advantage at the sixteenth pole and edged ahead. PLAZA CUE vied two wide, drew clear nearing the lane, but was collared by an outer foe reaching the final sixteenth, fought on through the late stages but was bested. NANA GRACE chased four wide, then five wide into the lane, ran on to vie for minor placings in upper stretch, but got outkicked by an inner foe at the furlong grounds and leveled off. EXECUTIVE SUITE broke a step slow, tugged two wide and between horses entering the backstretch, tracked outside of the top pair into and around the turn, chased four wide into the lane, then yielded between foes in midstretch. BIT OF FROST raced close up along the inside, stalked down the backstretch, chased in the two path around the turn, then three wide and between horses into upper stretch and faded. DANCING GIRL set the pace whlie vying inside of the eventual runner up, proved no match for that one nearing the lane and weakened.
