Chart notes
DRAMA sent for the early lead, sprinted clear in the early stages then drew off into the turn, was kept to task into the stretch, held sway to the final sixteenth and coasted under a hand ride late. METODO was off a step slowly leaving the gate, tracked the early pace outside of rivals along the backstretch, ran in pursuit four wide to the stretch, was no match for the winner into the final furlong and was a clear second best. PRONTI O MENO stumbled at the break and was last away from the gate, went up and tracked the early pace three deep along the backstretch, chased three wide to the quarter marker, could not keep pace with the top pair in the stretch and outfinished the rest to earn the show honors. TRIPLE THREAT broke a bit awkwardly and was a step slow away from the gate, tracked the early pace from the inside, saved ground to the turn then was outrun to the quarter marker, churned on into the stretch and was outkicked late for the show honors. THE BIG BEN was away in good order, stalked the early pace along the backstretch, ran in pursuit of the pacesetter between rivals into the turn, lacked the needed response to upper stretch and was outfinished late for the show honors.
