Chart notes
LOVESUNFAIR pressed the pace on the inside up the backstretch, continued around the turn in the two path and held clear to the finish. TEN FIGURES stalked the leader on the outside through the opening quarter, navigated the turn from the four path and chased on to the wire. HANK HILL tracked the leader between horses up the backstretch, came around the bend in the four path and kept on in the lane. CAPTAIN FABULOUS led the way between horses up the backstretch, dueled from the three path around the turn and weakened in the stretch. COPPER STATE raced off the pace in the five path through the early going, swung out to the five path coming around the turn and made no bid. DIABLO ROSSO chased the leaders between horses up the backstretch, saved ground around the bend and faded in the lane.
