THE GRAYT PUMPKIN bid three wide on the turn, lugged in taking lead stretch, lasted. FROST MOUNTAIN rallied on the turn, blocked trying to split rivals stretch. OMEY ISLAND led narrowly under pressure inside and weakened slightly. NO NO JOE alternated for lead outside, steadied in tight near eighth pole. AINT NO JOKE moved close up inside then began fading on the turn. FINANCIAL STRENGTH dropped back wide and never a factor. TIME TESTED trailed early then moved extremely wide on the turn. CAPITAL CONQUEST angled inside on the turn and stopped abruptly. Following a stewards inquiry and an objection by the fourth finisher against the winner for interference in the stretch, THE GRAYT PUMPKIN was disqualified and placed fourth.
