Chart notes
LISTENUPSHANCE pressed three deep to the turn, lost contact with the leader past the three-eighths pole, chased three wide to the stretch, latched onto CASE HIT in upper stretch and proved best in deep stretch. CASE HIT showed the way under pressure from a pair of rivals up the backstretch, cleared past the eighth pole, led two wide into the lane, confronted by LISTENUPSHANCE in upper stretch, dueled into the last sixteenth and was outfinished by the winner. ITS A CINCH pressed from between rivals up the backstretch, could not kick on with the leader with three furlongs remaining, angled to the inside and kept on to hold third. BINGING trailed well off the rail just out of range early, went five wide into the turn, moved to the four path for a bit then came five wide into the stretch and lacked the needed response. RUN FOR KIDDER chased after the top trio from inside, lost ground around the bend while moving into the two path and faded down the lane.
