Chart notes
OHOOPEE showed the way in the two path, met an outer challenge entering the lane, repelled that bidder in upper stretch, shook clear and held sway. VALALA stalked in the three path, ranged up turning for home to bid outside of the leader entering the lane, but was turned away in upper stretch, battled neck and neck with an inner foe for place through the final furlong and narrowly prevailed. LITTLE SAM'S broke sharply, stalked close up along the inside, chased in upper stretch, dueled for place with an outer foe while hanging on her left lead through the final furlong but missed that position at the wire. MAGIC SEEKER saved ground off of the pace then stayed on mildly. WRONG SHOES broke a step slow, trailed in the four path, improved position turning for home, fanned to the six path into the lane then failed to menace while hanging on her left lead. ASHKENAZI chased from midpack in the two path, shifted out to the four path in upper stretch then tired between horses while hanging on her left lead. THE LITTLE SULTANA raced off of the pace in the three path then faded between horses turning for home.
