Chart notes
MISS ELLE pressed two wide and between horses, led in the three path into the lane and inched clear under a drive. MISS ELLARY tracked from the four path, then in the five path into the lane and ran on to gain place in the final sixteenth. DOZEN DIAMONDS broke outwardly, stalked three wide, pursued in teh four path into the lane, chased and edged place between rivals at the sixteenth pole, but got outkicked shortly after. CAROLINA CANDY showed the way along the inside, got headed by the eventual winner while entering the lane in the two path, kept on through midstretch but gave way with a sixteenth to go. LITTLE DIXIE trailed in the two path, moved to the four path leaving upper stretch and improved position late. MEZCALIFORNIA broke a step slow, raced off of the pace in the four to three path, shifted out to the six path into the lane and failed to menace. CREATIVE QUALITY broke a beat slow, tracked two wide and between horses, chased around the turn and faded. COLORMECAIRO hopped and was off a step slow, raced close up along the inside then faded around the turn.
