Chart notes
GAMBLE ON LOVE broke well then dueled through the early stages with VITAEMI, was always traveling well to the stretch, then responded when set down in upper stretch and drew off, geared down near the finish. ELIKA outpaced early, was under a drive from the outside, swung four or five wide into the stretch, and rallied for second. MISS SHADY settled off the early pace battle, ranged up four-wide to bid for the lead at the top of the stretch, could not match the winner late, and was unable to save the place. VITAEMI was sent from the break, dueled with GAMBLE ON LOVE to the top of the stretch, then weakened in the stretch. OAXACA was hustled into the early pace mix but dropped back after a furlong, went six-wide into the stretch, but lacked a finish. BLAZING ZENNA came away a bit sideways from the gate, raced at the back through the early stages, came under going into the turn, but did not produced the needed response. RAINBOW SHIP broke on top, briefly vied three-deep on the early pace, then steadily retreated from the half-mile pole and had nothing to offer in the stretch.
