Chart notes
SHIELDMEWITHPRAYER got caught four-wide into the first turn, but secured a forward position through the early stages, launched a bid approaching the three-furlong pole, loomed three-wide at the top of the lane, lugged in through the final stages, but gained the advantage when the inside rival jumped a track and held clear to the finish. SICILIAN STYLE TWO settled mid-pack through the early stages, moved closer as the field headed into the far turn, responded when set down approaching the quarter pole, poked a head in front in upper stretch, jumped tracks near the sixteenth pole, lost momentum and came up short at the wire. DAME MAUDE CHARDIN was hustled away from the gate at the start, made the front on the first turn, then was taken under a rating hold for the run down the backstretch, led the way through the far turn, then weakened a bit inside the sixteenth. HERE KITTY KITTY tracked inside, not far off the pace, kept on well enough to the finish, but was not really getting to the leaders in the late stages. MY FINE AQUILINE tracked mid-pack, made a mild four-wide bid into the stretch, and finished evenly. AMAZINGNESS tracked mid-pack three-wide and finished evenly. PEARLINTHEROUGH was the distant trailer fo the far turn, saved ground, and outfinished tired foes in the stretch. MAGICALLY VANISHED raced in the middle of the tracking group, then lacked a finish.
