CARCANO with leader in a good battle to the turn dueled stretch prevailed. THE HIDDEN CHAMBER unhurried early, steady run to far turn, kept on stretch battle. HAPPY HAPPY DAY (ARG) slammed at the start, raced back to far turn, rallied in earnest. SUGOI inside speed to the front, dueled winner throughout weakened late. MAXIMUM PROMISE inside run to far turn close up, stayed game in the stretch run. OCEAN ATLANTIQUE outside run while back to far turn with a bid but flattened out. COPPER MISSILE never menaced throughout. ZAPRUDER bit tardy while back of the field, ran on and never menaced. LAZLO off rail run to far turn, ran into traffic and dropped back. ULTIMATE STRIKE staggered start/good position to far turn but emptied out stretch. AUGUST RAIN could not keep up and faded well back from the far turn.
