Chart notes
VENEZUELAN HOPE raced well back two wide, swung out five wide midway around the far turn, circled the field to take over near the eighth pole and drew off while ridden out. ROSCOE PINE pressed the pace in the three path around the first turn, dueled two wide around the far turn, led to midstretch and kept on well to hold the place. WANNABEELOVED stalked the pace inside around the first turn, moved up at the rail down the backstretch to reach near even terms nearing the far turn, tipped two wide while backing off a touch early on the far turn, swung widest in upper stretch and ran on for the show. PIQUANT saved ground off the pace, tipped two wide turning for home, bid between foes in upper stretch then flattened out. FREDERICKSBURG failed to menace while racing two wide. DIME PAPI raced off the pace two wide, made a quick three wide bid around the far turn, took the lead turning for home, battled to midstretch then came up empty. WRECKING BALL chased the pace three wide and faltered in the drive. FINAL DRAMA set the pace inside and retreated after six furlongs.
