Chart notes
KATMANDU stumbled at the break, under urging rushed up took control of the pace through the lane first time through, vied inside SCAR NOSE around the final turn, shook free from that one nearing the sixteenth post, drew away driving. SCAR NOSE broke sharp, refused rating around the first turn, settled down stalked the pace two wide down the backside, took aim leaving the quarter pole, tested the stubborn leader into the lane, no match from the sixteenth marker, chased on while never changing leads. MR ON HIGH saved ground well off the pace, rail bid into the lane, angled out through the stretch, finished willingly for the show. DAGUERRE chased inside in the second flight down the backside, called up leaving the quarter pole, came up empty. ZAPTASTIC raced in the second flight three wide into the far turn, roused four deep upper, weakened. THE COMMACK KID raced off the pace four and five wide, never factored.
