Chart notes
WHERETHEHITSARE set a pressured pace from the inside, began to open up in the far turn to be clear in the stretch. LIL CENTRAL was pinched back at the start, trailed for the first half, gained position four wide through the far turn to enter the stretch in second, no match for the winner. VON ERICH was off a step slow, settled off the pace, steadily advanced between rivals to enter the far turn behind the pace, weakened to third at the quarter. SABOTEUR sat behind the pace along the inside, backed off in the far turn, angled out four wide at the quarter but made no improvements. GARY P was reluctant to load the starting gate, tracked the pace four wide, trailed after half, passed tired foe in the far turn. JOEY D stalked the pace three wide, retreated at the three eighths, eased across.
