Chart notes
MEXICALI MIKE broke sharp, cruised away from rivals leaving the three eighths marker, unchallenged into the lane, drew away under confident handling. SHOW TIME ALLEN squeezed back at the start, rated off the pace three wide into the far turn, circled four deep from the quarter, chased on late for the place. ROARK saved ground off the pace into the far turn, knifed inside rivals nearing the furlong marker, chased on willingly late. ED'S PROPHECY scrubbed on out of the gate, chased three wide down the backside, flattened out through the lane. TAP THE ARCHES outrun under urging into the far turn, never threatened.
