Chart notes
CAMPOUT raced within contention, saved ground around the second turn, angled out, drove clear and finished well. A WICKED NUMBER raced in the middle of the field, made a late bid, proved no match for the winner, but was a clear second. GIRL FROM DE BAYOU pressed the pace, forwardly placed throughout and lacked a late kick. ELLIE MOORE (IRE) went to the front, drove clear, saved ground and weakened. BABY JANE broke slow, trailed in the early going, gained ground, but was no threat. TAKE HER AWAY lacked early speed, saved ground around the final turn and showed little. QUIET MELODY raced within striking distance and faded. EMBRASSER raced in the middle of the field, came around the second turn on the outside, retreated and was no threat late. THIS GRAY MISCHIEV raced in the middle of the field and dropped back. SPECIAL FEATURE lacked early speed and was never close.
