UNCARRICK TERISTIC broke outwards initially then was bumped slightly on the outside at the start, settled outside another in midfield at the half, gradually was making progress going three to four wide around the oval, moved out six wide between horses at the top of the lane and was unyielding in her pursuit through the stretch drive and under a well timed final burst got up for the win right at the finish line in a tight photo. MALIBU BETTY settled between horses in the middle of the pack, had the two path on the turn closing in when scrubbed for more at the five sixteenths pole, bid for the lead four wide between foes in upper stretch, kept fighting down the lane to determinedly seize control seventy yards from the prize but was nailed by the winner outside right at the wire in the final jump. SUNLIT prompted the issue outside at the half, hounded the pacesetter on the turn, inching up by the quarter pole arguing for the lead, assumed the front two wide between horses in upper stretch, fought on stubbornly until the last seventy yards but could not fend off the top pair in deep stretch settling for a clear third in the end. LA RONDE veered in on the break but was quickly corrected, recovered down the backside drafting behind the frontrunner, continued to sit back following the pacesetter around the end, shifted out three wide in upper stretch in the thick of things, dueled bobbing heads for the lead at the eighth pole but needed more late when fading in deep stretch holding only for a minor award at the wire. ALMASTY'S LUST had the rail position in midfield in the beginning, was shuffled back between runners in the two path at the half mile marker, started to lengthen stride narrowing the margin at the quarter pole, shifted out off the cover of the leaders four wide by mid-stretch and finished up with good late energy trying to get a minor placing late. MY EMMY broke sharp getting the clear lead and the fence from the outer post by the half, maintained a slim advantage inside on the turn, was collared outside by rivals straightening for home, had little left to fend off outside rivals down the lane and weakened in the final eighth of a mile. FLIGHTMARE hopped on the break seeing the field down the backside, started to make a run circling a couple of challengers three wide at the three eighths pole, continued to gain through the turn five wide around foes, swung out widest in the seven path just outside the eventual winner turning for home, could not sustain the run and wilted at the furlong marker. HER OBSESSION was isolated watching the lead three runners while on the rail with five eighths still to run, dropped back on the fence midway around the turn, angled out six wide for the drive to the finish line but could not get into contention, lacking a rally in the late stages. LADY ON THE NILE was forced in by the outside foe at the start, settled three deep in mid-division five furlongs from home, took closer order by the half, came under a ride trying to hold position around the turn, angled to the five path for the stretch run but tired in the final furlong. ELLIE'S STAR co-trailed on the inside at the five eighths pole, lagged well behind the field running throughout the turn, lost touch with the pack at the top of the stretch and galloped on in.
