Chart notes

PUDGE BOY PALACE , urged off of a contested pace, raced three wide nearing the lane, shifted out about five wide in upper stretch, responded to left handed asking, reeled in THE WOLFMAN inside the sixteenth pole then kicked clear at the wire. THE WOLFMAN , away alertly, drafted back off a contested early pace, gained three wide leaving the far turn, took aim past the five sixteenths, rallied past the embattled leaders and went clear a furlong out, kept on gamely but failed to contain the winner's charge. THE HEIGHTS , urged along off the pace, raced three wide into the lane and rallied milldy. WOODLINE took over after about a furlong and set the pace inside, dug in when joined near the half, sparred around the turn and into the lane then faded in the final sixteenth. DAUFUSKIE ISLAND had speed then rated off the inner leader while three wide, dropped in and bid two wide near the half, dueled around the turn, poked a head in front nearing the lane, battled past the three sixteenths then weakened. PROBALE TEN broke a step slow, regrouped and was sent up two wide between foes, vied briefly then faltered.
