Chart notes
VIVID ARTISTE stalked in the five path, was ridden in the four path around the turn, took aim at the leading duo at the top of the lane, rallied to lead passing the sixteenth pole, and went clear. SAVANNAH GEORGIA pressed the pace in the four path, bid in the three path midway around the turn, led in the two path at the top of the stretch, ran on to lead passing the eighth pole, but was overtaken by the winner around the sixteenth. PERFECT PINK set the pace in the three path, was roused in the two path passing the quarter, fought on along the inside down the lane, got passed by the eventual winner around the sixteenth, and faded late to show. ESTHER'S SALAD broke out at the start, chased inside, was coaxed along in the two path around the turn, but weakened. RED BETTY trailed in the three path, was cued midway around the turn, angled out to the six path at the top of the lane, but made no closing bid. AUNT JO laid up close in the two path but retreated along the inside around the turn.
